The WS Loan Modification CRM is a custom PHP developed web portal designed to help faciliate customer interaction and requests. It is branded with your logo and designed to match your website user interface. It allows customers direct and real time access to account information. The Customer Center is pre-configured to display specific data in a logical presentation, with emphasis on encouraging the customer to complete any necessary actions.

CRM Features:

• Customer-driven account creation: Customer creates a new account, which is placed in queue for approval.
• Agent-driven account creation: Agent creates an account on behalf of a converted customer. Customer receives automated welcome email with default password (which they can change).
• Support ticket system: Customers may ask question for personal servicing, which automatically appear in processor queue.
• Document Management: Shows which documents are still outstanding, and those already received via easy-to-read display
• Status: Timeline of milestones in the loan modification process, from conversion to completion
• To-Do Triggers: Dashboard displays immediately after login, reminding customer to upload documents, or other tasks.
• Pay Now: Customer Center may be locked for non-or late-payment (optional with Payment Center).
