Google App Inventor is a Beta program that allows non-developers to create Android apps using a visual interface instead of a numbered blank page. According to the official site, you can complete this form (which I did) to acquire access to App Inventor (which I have) over the coming weeks. Yes, I made it in the wave of invites that Google sent out exclusively to their Gmail users in late September.
